Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel (UK & EU customers)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods (or the last item in a multiple delivery order).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at mil@thecandlesuite.com within this 14-day period.


Returning your items

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please email mil@thecandlesuite.com to arrange the return.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mil@thecandlesuite.com so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the return postage and offer a refund, replacement, or repair, in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Exceptions – items that cannot be returned

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Sale items

Sale items have the same cancellation and return rights as full-price items, unless they fall under one of the non-returnable categories listed above.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
